Plan T is a modern office building at the heart of Tilburg’s Spoorzone, designed to foster innovation and collaboration in a dynamic environment. With 11,000 m² of office space and integrated parking, this development provides flexible and sustainable workspaces for businesses and entrepreneurs. As a consultant representing the delegated developer, we played an active role in the planning and execution of the project, ensuring its alignment with the broader urban regeneration vision of the Spoorzone. Designed by Ritzen Architecten en Stedenbouw Maastricht, Plan T has become a benchmark for business development in Tilburg.
