With a total of 250,000 m² of built space, plus parking areas, this mixed-use development aims to revitalize a former railway zone into a dynamic space where housing, work, commerce, and culture converge.
As a consultant to the developer, we played a key role between 2010 and 2012 in the acquisition of the site and the establishment of the public-private partnership (PPP), laying the groundwork for the project’s success. In close collaboration with VolkerWessels and the BRO Riek Bakker team, the urban plan integrates industrial heritage with an innovative vision for Tilburg’s future.
