Tilburg Spoorzone, Clarissenhof

Tilburg Spoorzone, Clarissenhof

339 residences in 8 buildings, 31,800 m² plus parking.
Clarissenhof is a modern residential complex in the heart of Tilburg’s Spoorzone. Designed by DOK Architecten Amsterdam under the direction of Liesbeth van der Pol, the project consists of 339 homes spread across 8 buildings, with a total area of 31,800 m², plus parking facilities. Its design blends contemporary architecture with the historical essence of the site, which once housed a monastery, offering a balanced lifestyle in a rapidly transforming district. As a consultant representing the delegated developer, we participated in the management and development of the preliminary project, ensuring its integration into the overall urban vision of the Spoorzone.
