Paleiskwartier is one of the Netherlands’ most significant urban transformation projects, converting a former 28-hectare industrial area into a modern city district with 400,000 m² of built space. With a mixed-use approach, the development includes housing, offices, a courthouse, and commercial spaces, creating a vibrant environment where work, life, and leisure converge. From 1990 to 2004, we participated as the delegated developer, leading the project’s initial planning and execution. We worked closely with a team of renowned architects, ensuring high-quality urban integration.
